Hello, I'm Tanja!

I have been an avid traveler ever since I took my first international plane ride immigrating to the US at the age of three. Since then I have visited almost every state and quite a few countries including a solo trip quite literally around the world. These experiences have shaped me as a person and a designer. Reaching far outside my comfort zone has helped me learn a wealth of empathy, problem solving, and communication.

 

As a kid I was constantly drawing and creating with anything I could get my hands on and in my past life as an architect I looked to make spaces that offered pleasant surprises and concrete solutions to the needs of the communities they served. Now I strive to bring this same spatial consciousness and awareness to the digital world.

 

Creative problem solving excites me and I love observing and digging deep to get to the route of an issue and find the best possible design solution. I am passionate about inclusivity, diversity and sustainability and will bring these principles into all my projects towards building a more accepting and rewarding digital world. No one should be left out from accessing information and a joyful user experience.
